Sometime you bitch about the rain, so it hails. My physical heal took a serious downturn so the doctors rolled the dice and decided to cut off my lithium. Lithium saved me from suicide. First request - please take care of yourself. You might consider asking your doctor(s) about micro-doses of lithium....they recently did an interesting study re suicide rates based on the lithium in the water. I do not have a cite handy, but I am sure it is easily found on google.
