Did we really need to read about Bartholin glands? The anatomical correctness was totally off-putting. For me, at least, it killed the enjoyment of the sex scenes. I don't need a description of where the fluid comes from, only that it's there.
Also, the flow of the prose seemed stilted and awkward.
Definitely not your best work.

Umm unless a woman has cysts on her ovaries or some other serious health issues she isn't going to feel ovulation and those that do think they do they are actually feeling the medical issues flairing up from hormones not the actual ovulation. If they feel pain around when they are fertile it's usually a cyst rupture or endometriosis

OK, again, not much going on in the third part either, all sort of predictable. A little too much sugar in the end.
